Claire Corry, our Director of Property Management, brings more than 15 years of experience in the Australian real estate industry, delivering a personalised, boutique-style approach to managing residential investment properties.

Her focus has always been on providing high-quality, relationship-driven property management, ensuring each property under management receives the attention and care it deserves. In an increasingly dynamic rental market, her priority is maintaining strong tenant retention while protecting and maximising the long-term value of each client's investment property.

Through proactive communication, strong operational systems, and a deep understanding of the South East Queensland rental market, she ensures both property owners and tenants experience a professional and seamless management process.

Professional Experience

Her real estate career began over 15 years ago with a private real estate agency, where she developed a strong foundation across the operational and administrative aspects of the industry.
She later progressed to the role of Office Manager for a property advisory group specialising in superannuation fund property investments, supporting financial advisory clients who were purchasing property through their superannuation structures.
Building on this experience, she later established and grew a private, family-based property management business, expanding the portfolio to include properties across South East Queensland.

Qualifications

She holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and has completed REIQ approved training, with ongoing professional development to remain up to date with current legislation, compliance requirements, and evolving industry best practices.
